About Sarah Butler 

Sarah was born in Lowell, near Bisbee, Arizona, USA. Her birth certificate notes that she is the third child of her parents, William John and Rose Ann Butler, but that she is only their second surviving child (the other one being her older sister, Jessie Ann Butler).
